It's a Boy, III

Clearly I'm failing to clue everyone in on a very important piece of information. Young baby Collins does have a name: Zachary Augustus Collins. He is a peanut, and probably won't be able to pronounce his middle-name until he's 16, so between now and then we'll call him Zagnut. I'm working with the Hershey's people on a marketing deal.

It's A Boy, II

I was clicking photos as fast as I could when Benjamin and William came to visit their new little brother. Clearly Will was more enthralled with his new brother while Benjamin found comfort in all the neat toys the hospital had to offer.

It's A Boy!!!

OK, we knew it was a boy but the sentiment is the same. The newest addition to the Collins family came into the world at 0916, weiging in at 7 lbs 11 oz and 21.5" long. Mom and baby are doing well as the pictures can attest.

Ready for Trick or Treat

Ready for school party
Will was the first one out the door, quick take the picturebefore the hood comes off!!!

And out next...our little pollen jock!

Who needs to go trick or treating when there is perfectly good candy right here on the porch?

Back home to start loading up on sugar!!!!

Both Benjamin and Will were ready for trick or treat this year. It was a nice night out although when Benjamin left for school in the morning we were hovering around 30 degrees. His costume kept him nice and warm. He loves the Bee movie right now so he went as a bumble bee and proclaimed himself to be a pollen jock. Will went as Pooh Bear and had a good time, oh the life of the second and soon to be third child...hand me downs...aren't they great!!!

Trick or Treating

I am smiling...you just can't see it.
Who needs to take pictures when you have candy to eat??

Will is ready to get to his gummy gecko!!

"this is good stuff" says Will.

Both of the boys had a good time Trick or Treating this year. Both would say Trick or Treat and Thank You at every house. Will's favorite stop was at the Fire Truck, they did give lots of candy. Benjamin carried a sucker in his hand the whole way and also carried his Mickey Pumpkin the whole time. The whole time consisted of approx. 10 houses and probably 45 minutes of actual trick or treating. Will was running from house to house ...he was so excited!!!

Will feeling the inside of the pumpkin

Will did not enjoy this experiment but Daddy sure did!!!

Will carving pumpkins with Daddy!!

Face #1, can you carve this expression Daddy?
No - how about this one??

Will gets a stab at the pumpkin!

I did not say I wanted to touch the pumpkin...I wanted to stab the pumpkin.

Look I said cheese!!! See Uncle John, I can smile for the camera.

Will really enjoyed carving pumpkins this year, actually he really enjoys doing anything with Daddy!!! Will loves to help everyone with everything. As you will see in the pictures Will is at a fun age and full of funny expressions but will usually do anything to avoid looking at the camera!!!

Benjamin and Pumpkin Carving

Benjamin was not sure about this but soon enjoyed putting the pieces back in!!
What are we doing to the pumpkin????

I can put my hand in...it's no big thing!

No one told me the inside of the pumpkin would attach to my hand!!!

Enjoying our creations!!!

Benjamin was not too into carving pumpkins this year, but did enjoy the fact that Daddy made us a new shape sorter. Benjamins favorite activity was putting the eyes and nose etc back into the pumpkin. Benjamin also enjoyed the glowing pumpkins for Trick or Treat!!!
